How to Make a Request

All requests can be submitted directly through our Grievance & Data Rights Form . Email is for follow-up correspondence and help with the form: hello@siftnews.in. We may verify your identity before processing your request.

Account Deletion

To delete your Sift account, submit a deletion request via our Data Rights Form using the account deletion category. We will process your deletion request and confirm once complete.

Data After Deletion

After your account is deleted, some data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, fraud-prevention or security records, or where retention is required by law. This residual data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted in accordance with our retention schedules.
